Named after the popular Welsh folksong 'Oes Gafr Eto?' Or 'Is there another goat?' in English, our soft spreadable creamy goat cheese is hand made from day one.
 
Hand milked in the morning, followed by a gentle warming of the milk and allowing the curds to form overnight, we then hang the curds allowing them to drain off the whey steadily for a time until the perfect consistency and flavour is reached. The cheese is then packaged, labelled and refrigerated by us ready to make it's way to you.
 
We sell this cheese in a small condiment pot as standard however can cater up to 200g and more upon request. We can also offer monthly or weekly subscriptions and always attempt to accomodate where possible.
