Returns Policy

If you find that you are not happy with the product we have sent you, we will try our best to resolve any issues here where we can. As we cannot accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products, we will try to find out what the issue is, how you would like this resolved and what we can do to ensure it doesn't happen again. 

Refunds

For us to be able to accept refunds, our items would need to be faulty, unsafe, and/or not as described. However, if you feel dissatisfied purely on the taste of the product, please get in touch as we would like to see if there is something else we can do to resolve this.

 

All refunds which will be processed with be back to the initial card used to pay for the items and aimed to be completed within 5 - 7 business days. We would also request that we are notified of any dissatisfaction within 24 hours of delivery/receipt of goods providing they have been supplied as per our Delivery Policy
